OILER ALVES
About me
It was a child's dream that brought me to my job as a Federal Police Officer, for I dreamed of being a hero. For the last twenty years, I have assumed, in the office, many projects, positions, and responsibilities. I also had opportunities as a hero. I say it to clarify that I cannot bear working in a place unaligned with my core values, i.e., I choose to work only in specifically meaningful companies.
In the Federal Police, I held several administrative positions as head or substitute, having been:
Withal during my last appointment, I was vice-chief of 12 outsourced employees and eight trainees in the Police Archive and Procedures, where were daily processed 400 correspondences. As a proud contribution, I built a Robotic Process Automation that eliminated a backlog of 45 days. It still runs to this day.
I graduated in Computer Networking, got a Diploma in Information Technologies in Education, and Associate Degree in Psychoanalysis. I am finalizing a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Compliance. Furthermore, I am known for being a highly skilled sheets programmer. Despite having a more prominent technological formation, I am seen as a trustable leader and have been sought out for conflict resolution and professional and personal advising.
For I am passionate, I see a job as a relationship. I would never commit to a function intending to abandon it. If the role is light, I am confident there will be space for me to evolve or for the company to expand.
Because I recently received the Canadian Permanent Residency, I am looking for an assignment that contributes to the common good and goals, be the company's or Canadian society's.
In the Federal Police, I held several administrative positions as head or substitute, having been:
- directly responsible for a benefits payroll of about 2 million Canadian dollars for 800 colleagues;
- thoroughly in charge of 100 trainees;
- been responsible for allocating and auditing 5 million Canadian dollars for fleet refuellings.
